No-Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

At Health Science IQ, we are committed to providing high-quality digital education tools. Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content delivery, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy on all purchases.

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing any product from this site, you agree to these terms.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products (PDF Vaults, Prompt Guides, and Simulators) are digital assets delivered via instant download, they are deemed "used" the moment the purchase is confirmed. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned, restocked, or un-downloaded.

Therefore, we do not offer monetary refunds, cancellations, or returns for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • "Change of mind" or deciding you no longer need the material.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Finding the material too advanced or too basic for your specific needs.

  • Inability to use third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) required to utilize the prompts.

2. The Delivery Guarantee (Technical Issues)

While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee that you will receive the product you paid for.

In the rare event of a technical failure—such as a broken download link, an email going to spam, or a file corruption error—we will not process a refund. Instead, we will resolve the issue by:

  1. Verifying your payment in our system.

  2. Manually emailing the digital file directly to you within 24–48 hours.

  3. Providing troubleshooting steps to ensure you can open and view the file.

If you have not received your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can manually fulfill your order.

3. Duplicate Purchases (Exchange Only)

If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice (e.g., clicking the button twice), we do not issue cash refunds.

In this specific scenario, please contact support. We will verify the duplicate transaction and provide you with an Exchange or Store Credit of equal value. You may choose a different Prompt Vault or Guide to replace the duplicate item.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technical setup to access our products. Before purchasing, please acknowledge:

  • You must have a valid email address to receive the files.

  • You must have a device (computer, tablet, or phone) capable of opening standard PDF files.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your email inbox is not full and checking your Spam/Junk folders.

Inability to open a file due to device incompatibility or user error does not qualify for a refund. Our team is happy to provide technical advice to help you access your purchase.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take intellectual property theft seriously. Purchasing a digital product, receiving access to it (or having it offered via manual email), and then filing a dispute with your bank (Chargeback) is considered fraud.

  • We contest all chargebacks by providing evidence of your agreement to this "No Refund" policy and proof of digital delivery (or attempts to deliver).

  • Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from accessing future Health Science IQ updates and products.
